As a co-founder of Modernist Studio, which was acquired by Gorilla Logic in 2021, Chad played a key role in building and growing the company. He is now looking ahead to new challenges and opportunities in his current role as a co-founder and partner at Narrative, a strategy and design consultancy.

With a background as a Creative Director at Blackboard and a Designer at frog design, Chad honed his skills in crafting visual design solutions across a range of disciplines, including websites, mobile applications, marketing collateral, and branding visions. He is adept at bridging the gap between design strategy and hand-crafted pixel solutions while maintaining uniform brand continuity across complex systems.

Chad's unique perspective and skillset are informed by his experience working with internal teams and external clients. He understands the importance of designing solutions that meet the needs of both groups, and his approach emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a deep commitment to human-centered design principles.

In his current role, Chad oversees all design initiatives at Narrative, sets design standards and processes, manages a team of designers and creatives, and ensures that design solutions align with business goals and user needs.
